The hotel was well kept with exceptionally clean, modern rooms featuring air conditioning and hot water. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. Breakfast included a small but well-prepared selection with options like toast, eggs, pancakes, or waffles. The lovely garden contained tropical plants and traditional art decorations alongside a jacuzzi available on request. Located in downtown Antigua within walking distance to main attractions, the check-in process was quick and easy.

Nico Hotel in Antigua Guatemala, good location, 15-20 min walk to main attractions. Nice garden outside. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, air conditioned, comfortable bed. Hot water available all the time. Breakfast was good. Extra security at night felt safe. Decor colorful and traditional style. Overall a solid place for stay in Antigua Guatemala
