We found the service to be great, with welcoming staff and a lovely design throughout. The receptionist was especially welcoming and nice, and the layout and design were very beautiful. From the terrace, there was a great view of the volcanoe, and the amenities were very pretty. That said, we did have some issues with water that affected our experience.
