A wonderful stay overall, with the second-floor room standing out for being quiet and offering a great view of the volcanos. By contrast, the first-floor room is less recommended, since it is noisier and lacks the view. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when we couldn’t get a cab to reach our shuttle and were pressed for time.
